You can return your item 30 days from the date you received it.

Any item from Casa Diaz Market can be returned only if the item is still in the condition it was received.

 

Shipping Fees

You are responsible for most return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to ship your return. Exceptions: Casa Diaz Market will cover shipping fees if there was an error or if Items are received defective.

If a return qualifies, Casa Diaz Market will email the customer a link to the prepaid shipping label.

 

Restocking Fees

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, Casa Diaz Market will process your return. Please allow at least 1-3 business days to process your return after the returned product has been received by Casa Diaz Market.
